Life, Love, and Everything In Between

the city can be fun

I went into the city today after music practice this morning. Oringinally it was to buy some pants that i ordered in, but they actually were not ordered, so no buying of pants today. But i ended up jumpin on the train and going all the way up to the far northwest, a good 45 min train ride. I went to visit my friend Kim. We watched Garden State, which i must say was an excellent film, very funny. After that we, kim and i, got on the train and headed downtown to meet a friend of ours. Unfortunatly for him he couldn't find his keys, so he couldn't really leave the house, so we went even further south on the train and went to Chinook mall and visited our friend Cidney, who works at Second Cup. Kim and i hiked around the busy mall, saw more friends, chatted, and moved on. I bought a new hoodie, actually its the first hoodie i've had in years, so im pretty pumped; plus have of the funds went to HIV and AIDS in Africa.
